Luxury holiday homes in traditional Zeeland architectural style

The luxury holiday homes for 2–20 people are fully equipped with all modern conveniences. In keeping with the design and architectural style of the resort, we have combined traditional Zeeland architecture with contemporary building styles. We worked closely with an interior designer to create a pleasant ambience that does justice to the properties and their unique locations. All interiors will feature characteristic elements of Zeeland culture and the beautiful Zeeland-Flemish landscape.

At the centre of the resort is the creek along which many of the holiday homes in this luxury resort in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen are built. Many of the houses are therefore located directly on the water’s edge. Thanks to the area’s abundance of water, there is plenty of open space with beautiful vistas.

Facilities

Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad has a large range of facilities. The main building at the entrance to the resort includes the reception desk, a mini market and a restaurant. The main building also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the beach play area with play equipment.

With the various types of holiday homes on offer, the wide range of facilities and its waterfront location, Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a real enhancement to the popular seaside resort.

Dormio Leisure Development, together with the owner of the land, is the initiator and client of the project. Dormio Investments is responsible for the sale of the project. Dormio Resorts & Hotels acts as landlord, manager and hospitality operator.
