Projects in development
By combining market knowledge from the various disciplines (development, sales, rental and management), we develop and manage the rentals of resorts and hotels that are perfectly tailored to our clients' requirements. Because of our expertise in all these disciplines, we can provide long-term support to our customers and clients: from the concept design stage to the eventual rental and management of a new resort. Dormio Hotel Resort Zoutelande
Dormio Hotel Resort Zoutelande is being built in Zoutelande, 10 minutes from the North Sea beach. The hotel resort is a new variation on the existing product range and offers attractive investment opportunities on the coast of Zeeland.
