In this respect, we are also constantly looking for resorts and hotels that fit within our portfolio. Provided the location is good and the property's potential fits our profile, we are able to carry out or commission a thorough renovation and transform an outdated project into state-of-the-art. Despite being in a good location, hotels or resort can sometimes reach the end of their lifecycle after several decades. Dormio has proven that it can give such properties a completely new lease of life, thereby attracting new tourists and breathing new life into to the relevant location.
