Luxury holiday homes in West Frisian architectural style

The terraced and detached properties at Dormio Resort Medemblik can accommodate 4–20 people. The properties will be available in different styles, including Wellness Chalets and Kids’ Chalets. All holiday homes have been designed in the characteristic West Frisian architectural style. The combination of roof and gable finishes varies from property to property. For example, many of the holiday homes have a traditional stepped or spouted gable.

Many of the terraced and detached properties are located directly by the water’s edge, offering the opportunity to discover the beautiful surroundings by boat. Even the IJsselmeer can be reached by navigating the small waterways.

Facilities

Dormio Resort Medemblik offers extensive facilities for the ideal holiday experience. These facilities are located in the impressive main building at the entrance to the resort. The main building includes the reception desk, a stylish restaurant, a snack bar, the mini market, as well as bicycle and boat hire. A natural swimming pool is also under construction.

Dormio Leisure Development, together with the owner of the land, is the initiator and client of the project. Dormio Investments is responsible for the sale of the project. Dormio Resorts & Hotels acts as landlord, manager and hospitality operator.
