Detached holiday homes

The 70 detached properties are located on spacious plots that can accommodate parties of 2–14 people. The resort has a wide variety of property styles, featuring three different types of façades. Each type of property has a specific name that refers to the surroundings or history of the region. Additionally, all holiday homes have a label that is characteristic of the appertaining facilities and the relevant design. To make the most of your relaxing stay, we offer holiday homes with their own (outdoor) wellness facilities. Connoisseurs of fine dining will make the most of holiday homes that boast a spacious patio equipped with luxury barbecue and pizza oven. For families with young children, the resort offers child-friendly holiday homes with plenty of play areas.

Dormio is strongly committed to ensuring that the resort is built with respect for the existing environment. The location's mature habitat with tall trees and meandering water courses will be preserved in order to maintain the environment and province’s natural character. Various measures will also be taken to preserve and enrich the resort’s animal life. The holiday homes also feature a sustainable design and are gas-free.

Facilities

Despite its relatively small scale, Dormio Resort De Hondsrug boasts an extensive range of facilities. The main building includes the reception desk, a restaurant with bar and outside terrace, an indoor pool, luxury wellness facilities, children's entertainment and bicycle hire. Dormio Hotel De Hondsrug with 70 hotel rooms is also located in the main building.
